All trips require a $400 deposit 90 days before departure. Full payment must be received 30 days before departure. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made 60 to 90 days before departure. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is made 30 to 60 days before departure.
No refunds will be given for trips cancelled 0 to 30 days before departure for any reason. After departure no refunds will be given for any reason. All damages to rental ATV’s due to negligence will have to be paid by customer. Lost or damaged rental equipment will have to be paid by customer. If for any reason one or more of your party cannot complete the tour all costs associated with getting said client out of the canyon will be paid by customer. All trips require a deposit for rental equipment. This credit card secures that during the course of your vacation if you lose equipment that was issued that you will incur that expense.
Also, that if you damage the ATV in excess of normal wear and tear that the renter agrees to pay for any and all damages. An example of unusual wear and tear would include “rolling” the ATV, which you will be responsible for all damages. Rolling over is defined by not staying on all four tires and turning the machine on its sides or seat. By signing this agreement you agree to cover any and all personal expenses charged on your behalf, to include alcohol, phone and any other incidentals to which you request and agree to pay. Please initial that you understand and agree with the deposit contract.
A credit card is mandatory for a deposit, even if you decide to pay with a personal check.
